Attorney Jeffrey D. Janoff has been litigating injury cases for over 40 years since graduating from Santa Clara University Law School.

Over the years, he has also been very active as a pro tem judge settling cases at Superior Court Mandatory Settlement Conferences. Additionally, he is a court arbitrator and more recently a Rule 4 mediator.

As an experienced litigator, he believes he can provide insight into how cases are evaluated on both sides. As a lawyer committed to helping people, he enjoys the process of breaking down the barriers to settlement and depolarizing the case. This is the reason he has chosen to now offer San Jose mediation services.

Detailed Mediation Assistance at Reasonable Rates

We are quite willing to spend whatever time it takes to get the case settled by providing follow-up telephone conferences at no cost. Our fees are $400 per hour with no minimum and no cancelation fee.
